I started using the Solam bar in high school. Since I’ve started using it I don’t want to use any other bar. It’s the only one I need. It’s works multiple muscle groups at a time. I feel like I’m getting more than one workout in when I use it. I have also noticied significant enhancements competing in wrestling. I’m stronger, faster, and it has even improved my balance. This really is the only bar you need.

I Am very happy with this bar, Ive been wanting to make my home gym smaller because i dont need all of the equipment and this bar has done that for me. You really can feel it, and you dont need a lot of weight.

This bar is something I would of never expected. I have many injurers from sports from when I was younger. I have been using the bar for 9 months and I have not found a workout bar that has been able to do what this does. The resistance on the handles makes it a game changer.
